What are your shipping times to the UK?
We offer two delivery options for our UK customers:
Express Shipping — 2 to 3 working days.
Standard Shipping — approximately 12 working days.
If your order includes custom stitching, please allow additional time for tailoring before despatch.
Do you ship to the USA, and how long does it take?
Yes, we ship throughout the USA with two delivery options:
Express Shipping — 3 to 4 working days.
Standard Shipping — 15 to 20 working days.
Custom-stitched orders include additional tailoring time before despatch.

Yes — we offer complimentary custom stitching on every order, hand-tailored to your exact measurements for a perfect fit.
Once your order has been placed, simply share your measurements with us and our skilled tailors will take care of the rest. If you need help measuring, our team is happy to walk you through the process.
Is the item returnable?
Yes — if you receive an incorrect size, the item is eligible for return.
Please note that once a return is approved, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend contacting our team before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process smoothly.
