This website is operated by Kifat Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Kifat Ltd. Kifat offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

 For clarity:

• The term "designer" refers to any third-party brand, fashion label, or stockist from which items are sourced.

• The term "brand" refers to the same. These designers/brands are independent and not affiliated with Kifat Ltd.

 By placing an order on www.kifat.com, the customer agrees to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are legally binding and apply to all orders placed within the UK, US, Europe, and other international regions.

 

1. STORE IDENTITY & COMMUNICATION

1.1 Kifat Ltd is an independent multi-designer store offering sourcing and fulfilment services for Pakistani fashion and special occasion wear, catering to customers worldwide.

1.2 All products are sourced from official brand outlets, designers, or verified stockists. We are not the manufacturer of any items sold.

1.3 Our role is to facilitate order placement, packaging, and timely delivery.

1.5 All conversations and instructions must be in writing. Verbal-only communications are not considered valid records.

1.6 Customer information is kept confidential and only shared with third-party logistics or service providers as required to fulfil your order.

1.7 Any order-related issue must first be reported to our support team. Directly opening chargebacks or disputes with your bank without contacting us first may result in denial of your claim and restriction from future services.

 

2. DESIGNER SOURCING & PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

2.1 All products on kifat.com are sourced from known designers, official outlets, or verified retailers. Kifat Ltd is not affiliated with or legally responsible for those designers.

2.2 Minor product discrepancies may occur and are not considered faults:

• Colour shades due to lighting, screen calibration, or dye batch variation

• Lace and embroidery design details

• Fabric composition or texture

• Style elements such as neckline, sleeves, or length

2.3 Promotional photoshoot images, catalogue visuals, and influencer videos are provided by designers for marketing purposes. These often feature enhanced or specially modified garments and are intended for reference only. Your garment may differ slightly and is not eligible for refund on this basis.

2.4 All product descriptions are sourced directly from the respective designers or stockists. Kifat Ltd does not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of this information. If confirmation is required, customers may contact us before placing an order.

2.5 Discrepancies described above do not qualify as grounds for return or refund.

2.6 Accessories or add-ons purchased alongside items are not eligible for refund or return.

2.7 If fabric provided by the designer is short, the resulting item will reflect that. This is not considered a fault.

2.8 No designer accepts returns; therefore, we do not accept returns or refunds based on subjective quality expectations. Statements such as "I didn't expect this" or "not worth the price" are not valid grounds for a refund.

 

3. CUSTOM ORDERS & SIZING

3.1 All orders except Ready-to-Wear (RTW) are considered custom-made and are non-refundable.

3.2 A variation of ±1 to ±1.5 inches in measurements is considered acceptable and is standard industry practice.

3.3 Sizing may vary depending on designer standards. Size charts differ per brand.

3.4 Garments may be slightly adjusted to preserve the overall design and finish, particularly where embroidery could be compromised. These adjustments are not faults unless the customer explicitly states otherwise in writing at the time of ordering.

3.5 We may adjust specific measurements where necessary to maintain the look shown in the product image, unless the customer explicitly states otherwise in writing beforehand.

3.6 All made-to-order items will be prepared as shown in the original product images by default, unless specific written changes are confirmed with us before the order is placed, added as a note at checkout, and communicated to our agent with your order number. Modifications are subject to approval.

 

4. CUSTOMISATION INSTRUCTIONS

4.1 All customisation requests must be provided at the time of, or within 2 hours after, placing your order.

4.2 Instructions can be shared in the checkout notes, but must also be confirmed directly via WhatsApp or email with your order number.

4.3 Kifat Ltd is not liable for technical errors that cause checkout notes to be lost, unless the customer has reconfirmed instructions through direct written communication.

4.4 Customers must ensure disappearing messages are disabled. Deleted or edited messages are not considered valid instructions unless resent in full.

 

5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

5.1 We do not hold stock. Availability is confirmed after your order has been placed.

5.2 If an item is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as we are informed by the brand or retailer. At that point, you may choose an alternative item or request a full refund.

5.3 Urgent orders are defined as those requiring delivery within 20 days of placement. Urgent orders are non-refundable and cannot be changed once confirmed.

 

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

6.1 Returns are only accepted in the following circumstances:

• You receive a physically damaged item (must be reported within 12 hours of receipt with an unboxing video as proof)

• The wrong item is sent

• An item is confirmed missing and a parcel-opening video is provided

6.2 Refunds will not be issued for:

• Colour, lace, or embroidery differences

• Sizing variations within ±1.5 inches

• Design adjustments that preserve the overall look of the model image

• Variations resulting from promotional photoshoots, enhanced videos, or catalogue samples

• Complaints relating to the inherent nature of the fabric, including texture, weave, or natural stretch, consistent with the product description

6.3 If our records confirm an item was dispatched, no refund will be issued unless a valid unboxing video demonstrates otherwise.

6.4 Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.

6.5 Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Returns must be sent only to the address provided by our support team.

6.6 If the customer refuses to accept delivery, no refund is applicable due to the custom nature of the product.

6.7 Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days via the original payment method.

 

7. COURIER, DELIVERY & PARCEL ISSUES

7.1 We use reputable international courier partners to dispatch your orders.

7.2 Kifat Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs clearance processes.

7.3 If a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier and has not been received, the customer must file a claim directly with the courier. Kifat Ltd will assist where possible but is not liable once proof of delivery has been provided.

 

8. CUSTOM DUTIES & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

8.1 All customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees charged by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

8.2 These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.

8.3 If the customer refuses to pay applicable duties and the parcel is returned, all associated costs will be deducted from any possible refund.

 

9. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

9.1 Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Urgent orders are non-cancellable once confirmed.

9.2 Cancellation fees apply to cover transaction, currency conversion, and restocking costs:

• UK orders: £18.25 + 3.5% of the order value

• International orders: £18.25 + 5.1% (or local currency equivalent)

 

10. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

10.1 We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any disputes before escalating to their bank or payment provider.

10.2 Fraudulent or unsupported chargebacks will be treated as fraud and reported to the relevant authorities. Kifat Ltd maintains photographic and shipping records for every order.

 

11. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We strive to ensure all information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we are not responsible for inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

 

12. PRICES & MODIFICATIONS

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without liability to you or any third party.

 

13. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our website may include links to third-party websites for your convenience. Kifat Ltd accepts no responsibility for the content of those sites or any loss or damage arising from your use of them.

 

14. PROHIBITED USES

You are prohibited from using our site for any unlawful purpose, to violate any regulations or laws, to infringe intellectual property rights, to harass or abuse others, or to engage in fraudulent activity, hacking, or spamming.

 

15. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Kifat Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

 

16. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kifat Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of our website.

 

17. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

 

18. TERMINATION

These Terms remain in effect unless terminated by either party. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our website and services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

 

19. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. This policy is compliant with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 (custom goods exemption), Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, and EU Consumer Law on cross-border shopping.

By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge the custom-made goods exemption under UK and EU distance-selling regulations, which excludes your right to cancel or return items made to your specification.

 

20. CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at our sole discretion. Your continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

 

21. PERSONAL INFORMATION & PRIVACY

Your submission of personal information through the website is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this overall agreement.

 

22. ONLINE STORE TERMS
