At Kifat, we primarily offer standard shipping. In time-sensitive situations — such as upcoming weddings or special events — our support team may recommend express shipping to ensure your order arrives on time. If standard shipping is sufficient for your timeline, it remains the default option at checkout.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
• Package weight and dimensions
• Delivery destination
• Selected shipping method
The final shipping cost will be displayed before payment confirmation, allowing you to review it before completing your order.
3. Processing & Handling Time
Many of our garments are crafted for special occasions such as weddings, Eid, and formal events. Processing times may vary based on the complexity of the outfit, production volume, and whether the item requires additional stitching or finishing.
Ready-to-Wear (Pret) Orders
• Handling time: 7–8 working days
• Transit time: 3–4 working days
• Minimum total delivery time: approximately 12 days
USA & International Orders
• Handling time: 7–8 working days
• Transit time: 10–12 working days
For custom-made and unstitched outfits, please contact us directly for an accurate delivery estimate.
We prioritise orders based on event dates. If your event falls within a shorter timeframe, please reach out to us before placing your order so we can advise on the best course of action.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing a tracking number and instructions to monitor your shipment's progress in real time.
5. International Shipping & Customs
We ship worldwide to a wide range of countries. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by local authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be settled for the parcel to be released for delivery.
We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to placing an order for guidance on applicable fees in your region.

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Kifat cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.
