Please note that under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, bespoke and custom-made items are exempt from standard return and refund rights. As Kifat specialises in made-to-order and designer-sourced outfits, each piece is produced specifically for the individual customer — often with personalised adjustments to size, embellishment, or finishing.

Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless the item is proven to be faulty. Minor variations in fabric, colour, lace, embroidery, or stitching are not considered faults, as these are inherent to each designer's unique production process.

Made-to-Order & Bespoke Items

All outfits available on kifat.com, including those listed in standard sizes (Small, Medium, Large, etc.), are made to order. Production begins only after an order is placed and confirmed.

These garments fall under our Bespoke Category, as they are crafted specifically for each customer. Due to the personalised nature of these items, cancellations, returns, or exchanges are not accepted once an order has been placed — except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.

Color Disclaimer

Product colours displayed on kifat.com may vary slightly from the physical item due to differences in photography lighting, screen calibration, and monitor settings. We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible; however, slight colour variations are not considered defects.

Styling & Presentation

For the final preparation of your garment, the closest matching laces and embellishments will be carefully selected to maintain the intended aesthetic and overall finish of the outfit.

Our Role & Core Services

Kifat operates as a curated platform providing access to authentic Pakistani designer brands. As most designer outfits are supplied unstitched, our core service centres on professional stitching, carried out to closely reflect the model look shown on our website.

Where required, we also apply carefully selected handcrafted embellishments to achieve the closest possible finish when such elements are not provided by the designer. All stitching and finishing work is handled with attention to detail to ensure a cohesive and refined final result.

Please note: these products are not manufactured by Kifat. We act as a gateway, facilitating your purchase from trusted and established Pakistani designers.

Designer Craftsmanship & Quality

Design concepts, base materials, and original craftsmanship are the responsibility of the respective designer brands. As a retailer working with multiple established designers, we encourage customers to select designers they are familiar with or have previously purchased from.

All product quality concerns relating to original design, fabric, or base materials should be directed to the respective designer. Kifat accepts no liability for issues arising from the designer's own production or materials.
